Moving beyond a general resource repository, this audit maps current thematic scope, linguistic distribution, and operational relevance against established UCPM training needs. The underlying data isolates key structural gaps and fragmentation across the digital landscape, serving as an empirical foundation to inform future multi-layered, universally accessible audio training resources that support cross-border emergency response networks.
