This file presents the EUMAplus Work Package 2 screening and data audit compiled across more than 430 open-access online training courses relevant to crisis and disaster management. Moving beyond a general resource repository, this audit maps current thematic scope, linguistic distribution, and operational relevance against established UCPM training needs. The underlying data isolates key structural gaps and fragmentation across the digital landscape, serving as an empirical foundation to inform future multi-layered, universally accessible MOOC architectures that support cross-border emergency response networks.
