Abstract
Creativity and culture—at the national, organizational, and individual levels—are intertwined. This chapter focuses on the implications of cross-cultural issues on organizational creativity, highlighting the context dependency of creativity. It aims to answer two questions: (1) How can organizations use culture to increase their creativity, and (2) How can creativity be used to enhance culture. National, organizational, and personal cultures and their impact on organizational creativity are discussed.
