Abstract
The main objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview and analysis of the situation as regards cyber security in Albania, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (hereafter WB6). Secondly, the study aims, ambitiously, to expand our understanding of cyber security beyond traditional narrow definitions to include information operations, with a focus in this study on the example of online radicalisation. To do this, the researchers have produced a two volume series. This report is Volume 1 of that series and focuses on traditional cyber security concerns.
